1. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment. In this case our normal cancellation fee will be waived. Please note that you will be required to wait 14 days before rescheduling.
2. Lateness policy: To allow me time to properly sanitize my station between appointments, it is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.
Do not bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon.
COCO SALON does not offer refunds of any kind.
Your appointments are very important to to me. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with me.
No Call / No Shows
If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
Here at COCO SALON there is a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at COCO SALON.
Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. I require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Cierra + Co. reserves the right too and will charge the credit card on file.
No Additional Guests / Children / Animals
For the safety and sanitation of our guests, COCO SALON does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COCO SALON.
